It was just an excellent fit for a weekend jaunt in Hanoi, great for the money. The city view from my room was amazing, and the spacious layout was perfect after a long day of exploring. Bring a power bank for your devices. outlets can be limited.

The staff provided exceptional service, even surprising us with

a complimentary upgrade on our last night. The hotel’s location was ideal, just steps from some of Hanoi’s best eateries and attractions. However, the noise from the street was noticeable, especially at night, so earplugs are recommended for light sleepers.

Incredible city view from the Suite with City View, perfect for taking in the local vibe. The size of the suite surprised me. spacious enough for a family to spread out comfortably.

The bathroom layout is a head-scratcher—the toilet tucked away in a corner creates a bit of a trek, and the shower's lack of a curtain or partition led to a soaked floor after each use. Finding the hotel can be tricky since it's tucked above a travel shop and not easily identifiable, which turned a simple arrival into a mini-adventure.

The staff truly elevated the experience with their friendliness, especially when they went out of their way to give us recommendations for local hot pot dishes that were a delight. However, the unique setup of the hotel being a travel agency with no real lobby can feel odd, and there were moments when interactions with the staff felt off despite their ultimately helpful nature. If you're looking for good value, this place is still a solid choice.

I loved how spacious the room was. The free WiFi and coffee made the stay super comfy. The hotel even had a great massage service and relaxing spa options that were perfect after a long day out. Just a heads up, the bathroom layout was a bit quirky, but it didn’t take away from my experience. 😌

The building is thin, so the lift is small and doesn't reach the top floors.
